Miguel Santana is president of Community Empowerment Network, a full fledged community based program that will provide educational, recreational and intervention support programs. Mr. Santana holds a master's degree in urban affairs from Queens College and is a Neighborhood Advisory Board Member Bronx #08; Co-Founded the Queens College Urban Leadership Action Committee; Announced the establishment of the Joseph S. Murphy Institute for Worker Education and Labor Studies;

Mr. Santana has coached baseball, basketball, and soccer in conjunction with the community youth outreach group Queen of Peace from 1993 until 1998. Soon thereafter he became the Athletic Director of their basketball program and then founded the non-profit organization SkyHoops- a year-round basketball program for children between the ages of five and seventeen. Since then the SkyHoops program merged into a multi service non-profit organization called Community Empowerment Network, Inc.

George Perez is vice president of Community Empowerment Network. Mr. Perez holds a master's degree in social work from Fordham University and is a Member of the National Association of Social Workers; Expertise in working with adolescents and family systems; Skilled in both individual and group counseling techniques; Background in providing clinical supervision, program evaluation and development, and strategic planning.

Flerida Parker is treasurer of Community Empowerment Network. Ms. Parker holds an Appraisal Certification Course R1 and R2 from New York University and is a VP of Acquisitions/Branch Manager/Loan Officer.
