About Us
Community Empowerment Network (CEN) was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined in IRC Section 501(c)(3). Specifically, Community Empowerment Network, Inc.'s purpose is to provide at-risk low-income youth and families with a safe place to engage in education, recreation, and intervention programs designed to keep them off the streets, out of gangs, and off drugs.
Currently, we are expanding our services by launching our HomeStart Program, designed to help you achieve your homeownership goals. We believe everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. We are committed to helping you make that a reality. Our comprehensive, hands-on approach provides practical guidance and support. We help first-time home buyers and experienced landlords navigate the process.
